1. Acceptance The Use Of Hair Love LLC Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of Hairlove.com is subject exclusively to the Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website.
- Money Back Guarantee and Product Refund
If at any time, within 1 year of your most recent order, you are dissatisfied with the product, contact our customer service team by email at support@hairlove.com to request your refund. Product refunds are limited to the most recent purchase and are limited to a maximum of the purchase price of your most recent shipment. Money-back guarantee is only valid once per product, per customer for lifetime. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.

- Subscription programs
If you are placing an order online as part of one of our subscription programs ("Program") aka “subscribe and save” you will receive your initial Hair Love order and you will continue in our Subscription Program as outlined on the product page for the selected product(s). Your membership in the Program will remain in effect until you cancel it. To cancel future shipments in the Subscription Program, you must email support@hairlove.com at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships.
Your membership in the program will remain in effect until you cancel by following the cancellation instructions below. IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD, EACH SHIPMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AND THE CARD OR APPLICABLE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED TO US AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND ENROLLMENT IN OUR PROGRAM WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF EACH SHIPMENT. If you wish to cancel your participation in one of our subscription replenishment programs, you may do so by contacting customer service by emailing support@hairlove.com.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Hair Love LLC will not obtain additional authorization from you for each future installment of the subscription program that will be charged to the payment card you provided initially. In addition, you do not hold Hair Love LLC responsible for any overdraft charges or fees which you might incur during the ongoing Subscription Program.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your membership in the Program at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of Hair Love to any user at any time in our sole discretion. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid (for example, for loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by emailing support@hairlove.com.
- Return Policy
Hair Love, LLC retains a 1 year Satisfaction Guarantee on your most recent purchase. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason - even if you've used the full supply - you can return the empty bottle for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and processing charges. Product refunds are limited to the most recent purchase and are limited to a maximum of the purchase price of your most recent shipment. Money-back guarantee is only valid once per product, per customer for lifetime. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include the same information used when the order was placed, including, your full name, full shipping address, phone number, email address and order number. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with your full order details (listed above), a refund will be issued to your credit card. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Note Hair Love, LLC reserves the right to deny returns for abuse of its return policy. Any customer found to return more than one bottle of the same product for a refund shall be deemed an abuse and Hair Love, LLC reserves the right to deny/cancel any future shipments or returns to and from any individual or shipping address.
